My Story
My name is Kestas. I'm a personal trainer and mindset coach who has spent over a decade helping men and women change their mental, emotional, and physical lives.
Over the years, I've seen countless people try to change their lives by punishing themselves in the gym or following restrictive diets. It rarely works long-term. Why? Because they are trying to change their actions without changing their awareness.
My coaching philosophy is built on a simple truth: awareness must come before action. We cannot change what we do not understand. In our work together, we don't just focus on lifting heavier weights or eating better food — though we will do both. We focus on the why behind your choices.
I provide clear tasks with strict accountability. No shaming. No hype. Just the calm, direct guidance you need to build small, repeatable habits that transform your mental, emotional, and physical life.
